Personal information we collect includes names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, information collect through consultation and medical information. This information is obtained through client registration forms and naturopath consultation.

We collect this personal information for the primary purpose of providing you with quality service. Personal information may also be used for secondary purpose closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where it is reasonably expected to be used or disclosed.

When collecting this information we will, where it is possible, explain to use the reason for collecting this information, how it will be used by the service and where it may be disclosed.

Sensitive information as defined by the Privacy Act for the purpose of this service include; racial/ethnic orogin, religious/philosophical beliefs and healh information.
