Please be aware this cancellation policy has been put in place to help maintain Bunjil Holistic Health as a privately owed business with no outside funding. Cancellations can greatly alter income and this needs to be taken into account by the business.
A 40% non-refundable deposit will be needed before appointment is confirmed, if deposits are not given then chosen date will not be booked. This 40% will go towards the payment of consultation on day of the appointment.
If appointment is cancelled more than 24hrs before the date of appointment, the appointment will be able to be rescheduled and 40% deposit will go towards next appointment. If this happens 2 appointments in a row the 40% deposit will not go towards the 3rd rescheduled appointment.
If appointment in cancelled less than 24hrs before the date of the appointment, the appointment can be rescheduled but 40% deposit will not go towards the next appointment and another 40% deposit will need to be paid before next appointment is booked.
If client does not arrive for appointment without prior cancellation, the 40% deposit will not go towards next appointment and client will need to call to rebook.
